This was the 6th Annual Roadshow and overall was a great success.
We have had some great feedback, and have put together a summary below.
I love that your aim is to put people first, and that the process serves the people. Great!
It was clear, easy to follow, informative and a great introduction to your tool. I think I will be much more equipped
The reason we do roadshows is to get out and meet you, the users of infoodle and hear from you some of the things you love and perhaps what's not working so well.
Great day for someone/an organisation who is just at the beginning of their infoodle journey. Great to network with other related organisations
To Spread the word about infoodle, what infoodle can do to help you in your organisation.
This was very helpful for understanding the ways in which Infoodle can be used. It was straightforward and I found it hugely informative
To talk about the new features and what is planned for the future.
Excited about what is to come. Really impressed with the way that you are continually trying to improve things and to give us what we are asking for. Obviously not always an easy task
Encourage current users and give some hints and tips on getting more out of the product.
This session backed up why I use Infoodle. All about keeping data in one place which makes it much easier for staff to know where information is held
To upskill and inform. One of the areas we talked about is the legal requirements around storing data which got a lot of conversations going and people realising they need to implement some new policies.
This was so relevant, given that I recently found out that I am the Privacy Officer. Lots for me to do now in this area!
Tauranga - Session 2 - I love that you were trying something new but it didn't seem to work being self facilitated. I was keen to learn more about what Infoodle could do in that area and had a few questions but they couldn't really be answered by the group
The first Roadshow of the season is the hardest as we try to do new things, sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. The group discussion did not work well due to large numbers in each group and lack of facilitators so we dropped this session for the rest of the season.
Some of the venues did not live up to expectations in regard to the tech, so we will be looking at alternative types of venue for next year. This will undoubtedly come at a much higher cost so we will probably need to pass on some of the costs to attendees next year. Having a facility more suited to conferences may also help regulate temperatures, some venues where too cold, while others seemed to be too hot!
Thank you everyone who completed a feedback form. We will take on board your comments and hope to have an even better roadshow next year.
